Our services

fbnSTUDIO offers a comprehensive range of services for demanding building projects in Wiesbaden and the Rhine-Main region. Our focus is on building in existing structures, sustainable refurbishment, heritage protection, high-quality new build and interior design.

We guide our clients through all service phases of the German fee scale for architects (HOAI), from the initial feasibility analysis through planning to implementation. In doing so, we develop tailor-made solutions for conversion, revitalisation and preservation of existing fabric, as well as for residential and commercial new builds and bespoke interior fit-outs.

The foundation of our work is a precise analysis of the existing building, the site and the requirements. On this basis, we develop clear architectural concepts, which we take in a structured way through all planning and construction phases. Digital planning with BIM and 3D models, careful detailed design and close coordination of everyone involved safeguard quality, costs and adherence to deadlines.
