N10: New-build apartment building on a hillside site
The site near the Nerotal valley in Wiesbaden is distinguished by a steep slope that falls by about three metres from the street down to the garden.
The slope also makes it possible to create additional living space on the lower ground floor, on top of the four residential units in total. This space can be opened up completely towards the garden (admitting daylight). On the ground floor is the main entrance on the street side. It leads to two residential units with generous, open living, dining and cooking areas. On the first floor and in the roof storey, two maisonette apartments are created with large roof terraces that offer 360° all-round views. The geographical setting of the building, which opens towards the valley, allows breathtaking panoramic views. The building has a balcony across its entire width, allowing residents to enjoy this view.
